Water. Mist or bottom-water. Keep damp, not soggy. Soggy starves roots of air. Dry stalls sprouts. You want that middle lane.
Light. Give 12–14 hours under basic LEDs or a bright south window. Lights close, but not hot. Rotate trays every few days so stems stay straight.
