Refund and Return Policy
Returnable and Refundable Guidelines
Use the following guidelines to determine if the unsatisfactory item is returnable or refundable:
- Seed can be returned for 30 days from purchase and be unopened. The seed are germination tested before packing and stored at optimal seed storage temperatures. There is no guarantee that seed will germinate. We grow our plants from the same seed we sell.
- Plants are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy. We do not accept responsibility for plant losses caused by weather, neglect or grown in a zone/climate the plant is not recommended for. Please take pictures of unsatisfactory plants upon arrival and submit through the help link on the post card in your package.
- General merchandise can be returned for 90 days from purchase. Must be returned clean and unused.
What we will do…
If the above guidelines are met. We will provide either a replacement order OR a refund on damaged or unsatisfactory products. Additional replacements or refunds will NOT be provided on replacement orders considered unsatisfactory if damage is not a factor.
How to Return
Plants will not require return if pictures are provided. Other return shipments will be arranged. Be sure to include your name and order number with return request.
You may return your order back to us via USPS, UPS or FedEx; however, we recommend getting a delivery confirmation or tracking number for your shipment as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Returns generally take 7-14 days to be processed & refunded. Once a return is processed, a refund will be processed back to the original payment method used OR a refund check will be issued.
